QUESTION:
What is the principle? Is it a matter of pride and jubilation for human being to live by principle?
What are major functions of principles, what are principles of education?

The term principle means the essence of an entity. In philosophy, essence is the attributes that
make an entity or substance what is fundamentally is and which it has necessity and which it has
by necessity and which without it loses its identity. An entity may be concrete (a person or a
book, for example) or abstract (like holiday or a concept).Increase of accident in the county is an
identity in the form of situation where there is reckless driving, driving under the influence and
downright stupidity. Generally the principle refers to the fundamental truth or proposition that
serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior for a chain of reasoning.
It is a matter of pride and jubilation for human being to live under principle due to the
following major factor,
Principle are solution to dynamic inconsistency,concider any self control problem for example a
person trying to lose weight presented with free cookies .The temptation to eat the cookie is very
strong although if the person eats free cookies every time he would be harmed. The cookie
problem occurs when short-run incentives overcome the real long-run benefit.Now, suppose the
person has a principle of never eating cookies such a person would not even consider the benefit
of eating the cookie.People live by principles in order to avoid falling into myopic traps,
principles are internal mechanism for people to commit to long-run beneficial behavior in the
face of short run temptation.
Principles are important because they allow a human being to have an overall feeling of peace
and guidance; they can give meaning and purpose to your life, you are able to direct your
behavior towards beneficial and fulfilling activities. When you live your life according to
principles that are based on honesty, compasion, courage, modesty and forgiveness then you can
also form positive bonds with other people. Incorporating the principle of honesty in your life
can make you trustworthy you will have clear conscience because you can respect yourself and
the decision you make. The people that you came in contact with will be able to count on you to
be fair and sincere your integrity, will allow advancing in both your personal professional life.
There more opportunities for you to fully experience life when you live under principle.
Principle give a human being the determination to face anything that impedes his/her progress
through life, you will also be able to overcome any obstacles because you wont left fear hold
you back others will feel confident relying on you for encouragement because you find solutions
to whatever problems arise in your life. When courage is one of your principles you can bravely
face the world, in life it is essential to human being survival to have a principle that guide and
control his or her individual life per everyday it helps and keep you to stay focused from
becoming overconfident and reckless.
Principle is the major point that make a human being to reach his or her goal has planned,
usually as a human being we plan to achieve various development in our life for example
students in schools and have the desire of passed their exams so as to reach what they want but if
they do not know the principles of learning and how to answer questions they cannot pass their

exams because have not principles that guide them on their learning. Generally it is a matter of
pride and jubilation for human being to live under principle because principles are very
important thing to the life of human being. Apart from how human being can live under the
control of principle, principle has three major functions as follows:
Principles cause the existence of entities, for example in order photosynthesis to occur in plant it
must involve carbon dioxide gas, water, and sunlight so the existence of those elements causes
the existence of photosynthesis as an entity. So principle is very important in formation of
entities.
Principle explains or gives meaning to the entities they underlie, entities like object s, people or
concept it can be given its meanings by the principle for example student study very hard in
order to perform their examinations and get goods works that can sustain their life. To get good
works after perform examinations is just the whole meaning of studying very hard.
Principle guide or orientate the entities they under lie, the principle the can control the entities
that has underlined for example a ship floats in water because it has the low density than water so
the floatation of a ship it orientated by the low density of it than water. So principle gives more
explanations on the entity that has introduced. Instead function of principle there principle of
education, in education principle generalization that serves as bases or foundation of education
policies and principles. In order to conduct education in any country they set same principles that
behind such policies of education. The Tanzanian and training policy of 1995 was under the
overall that;
Education is the fundamental right for every human which is contained in the UN universal
declaration of human rights. The principle of education of any country or nation depend on its
policies in education in teaching and lesson presentation being teachers are guided by some
principles so that they can make lesson to be understanding to his or her Lesson evaluation, as a
teacher supposed to evaluate your lesson critically you must plan the outcomes of the lesson
want to the students to achieve after completing your lesson for example you plan after lesson
students will able to define some terms or able to answer more reviewed questions according to
what you teach them. Generally principles like that are very important to all teachers that want to
be good in lesson presentation.
Students Firstly as a teacher when you teach your supposed to start from simple to complex
formulated according to what you teach, hat means to make a students clear without creating an
inferior on what you teach, proceed from the known to uknown,from the concrete to the abstract
that will make your lesson clear .
Lesson evaluation, as a teacher youre supposed to evaluate youre lesson critically you must
plan the outcomes of the lesson what you want to the students to achieve after completing your
lesson for example you plan after lesson students will able to define some terms and to answer

more reviewed questions according to what you teach them, this will make you as a teacher to be
understandable to your students.
Curriculum development or syllabus, syllabus must be arrange properly to make the learner to
get more connection on what they learn and this is the case of the government policies on
education for example in Tanzania through the ministry of education and training study they
have major organization basing the syllabus and the syllabus depend on the level of education
may be level four, level three, level two, or level one so syllabus must formulated depend on the
level of education.
Generally principles are very important issue in everyday life of a human being especially
principles of education also and individual principle may make an individual to control his own
life critically also principle of education are very important within a particular nation or country
because is like a driver of education it control and direct what education want to achieve though
it .So I can conclude that A human being to live without principles is just likes ship without a
compass direction where it changes direction depending on the change of wind that can be
applied in education without principle as we can see in Tanzania education principle are not
organized well it changes every time that make confusion to most students.
