Subject : TENDER Clarifications

Dear TENDERERs
COMPANY would like to remind you for TENDER Submission.
Reminder to all TENDERERs:
The CLOSING DATE of the CFT is 16th June 2015, 2:00pm (Myanmar Time) as
mentioned on the ARIBA e-Sourcing Platform.
Therefore, TENDERERs shall request additional information or clarification(s)
through ARIBA until 9th June 2015.
Deadline for Clarification request is 9th June 2015, 2:00pm (Myanmar Time).
Submision beyond this time will not be considered.
Please pay attention to the CFT closing time and avoid last minute
submission/uploading of the tender documents on ARIBA e-sourcing platform.
The size of each attached document or file must be limited to 20Mb due to
Internet loading limitation.
All the documents pertaining to the TENDER (Acknowledgement of Receipt,
Secrecy Declaration, Contractual, Technical and Commercial Packages) shall
be submitted lectronically via the e-sourcing platfom.
Each document shall be uploaded in the appropriate field of the relevant
section. Submission by attaching documents to ARIBA Messages will not be
considered.
