If you wish to build the central
panel of the Front elevation sepa-
rately so that it is in relief, this
strip can be used for the sides..
 INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully cut out all components with a craf t
knife and metal ruler, and crease or score tabs
lightly. cut slot on Central Wall to insert tab on
Annex Roof.
2. Front elevation: Score or crease very lightly
along the top of the shop windows, below and
above verandah signage and along the back
of verandah.
Score or crease lightly along verandah side
panels.
Fold so verandah fronts are jut ting out
and glue verandah side panels to inside of
verandahs. (You may want to reinforce the
Front Elevation at this stage to help it keep
its shape.)
Impor tant: always allow the glue to set
before proceeding with the nex t stage.
Double-sided tape may be used but no
allowance for slappage into position can be
made.
3: Side walls: Glue the tabs on the Front
elevation sides to the side walls, ensuring that
the tabs on the side walls are at the top.
4: Back wall: Glue the tabs on the back wall to
the rear ends of the side walls.
5: Main Roof: Glue the tab on the main roof
to the side of Central Wall at a 90 degree
angle facing downwads so it will fit inside the
building.
Glue to tabs on the back and lef t hand side
wall of the building. Glue tab on front of roof
to inside wall of Front elevation.
6: Annex Roof: Score lightly along line in roof
for pitched area. Fold upwards to allow pitch
at the front of the building.
Glue the tabs on the top of the front, back
and right hand sides of the walls of the
annex roof. Insert the tab on lef t hand side
into the slot on the Central wall. Place in posi-
tion and glue to the tops of the outside walls.
Glue or tape the tab inside the Central wall.
7. Sign: Score down between panels.
Carefully fold the sign and glue the tab to the
inside of the sign. A piece of thick stawboard
glued inside the sign may help at this stage.
Glue onto front of building between the stars
with the top level with the top points of the
stars.
8: Glue Gable Back to back of gable.
9: It is recommended that all tabbed joints be
sellotaped over on the inside and that the
building be reinforced with thick strawboard
RIGHT HAND SIDE inside. If reinforcing before gluing, make
allowances for the ex tra thickness of board.
