API WorkSafe
How do operators know their workers and contractors have been trained and
tested to industry safety standards? Its called API WorkSafe. The three webbased programs in API WorkSafe include training modules and qualification
exams, all based on API safety documents. The first program is for service
station contractor personnel based on API Recommended Practice 1646.
This training allows operators a way to make sure their workers and contractors
have been trained to industry safety standards. The second program is for E&P
onshore operations workers and is based on the API E&P Onshore Operations
Safety Handbook. The third program is Class A, B and C Operator Training for
underground storage tanks. Working in conjunction with Antea Group, this
web-based training meets federal and state regulatory requirements for UST
Class A, B and C operator training. When we all work together to improve safety,
everybody works safe.

API eMaintenance
API eMaintenance is the simple way to review, choose, order, track and pay for
service station and convenience store maintenance, all while improving your
bottom line. Your sites and contractors can take control by having access to the
information that is relevant to them. With your own dedicated web portal, your
sites can place a new ticket, check the status of any ticket and submit feedback
for the contractor. Calls are automatically routed by the system to the correct
contractor, reducing the need for third party helpdesks. Contractors can choose
to receive ticket requests and updates by email, fax or text message, whichever
is most convenient for them. They can also manage their tickets via a dedicated
web portal and update the status of a ticket in real-time using the automated
phone system when they arrive on site or complete a job.
