AGREEMENT FOR AUDIO EQUIPMENT

(hereinafter referred to as the Borrower which expression shall wherever the context admits include his/her heirs personal representatives
and assigns) of the one part and McCHATIJ ENTERPRISES a company incorporated under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
and having its registered office at Samuel Asabia House, No. 35 Warf Road Kaduna State (hereinafter referred to as the company which
expression shall wherever the context admits include its successors-in-title and assigns) of the other part.
W H E R E A S:
The company Equipment Finance Scheme seeks to provide audio equipment for the commercial use of individuals who are trust worthy in
doing business with.
The Borrower has at his/her request been granted the equipment in the sum of N 340,000 (the equipment) for the purpose of acquiring the
equipment described in Schedule 1 hereto (the equipment) upon the terms and conditions herein contained.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH as follows:
1. LENDING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
In consideration of the company granting to the Borrower the equipment in the sum of N 340,000 for the purpose of acquiring the equipment
described in Schedule 1 hereto , the Borrower hereby covenants with the company subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter contained to
pay all the sums which shall be paid monthly to the sum of N 25,000.
2. TENOR
The tenor of the facility shall 12 weeks.
3. EVENTS OF DEFAULT
If the Borrower makes default in the repayment of any monies due hereunder and continues so to default for a period of 14 (fourteen) days
after being requested to make payment of any monies or the balance shall pay an additional N 2,000 to the companys account.
4. DELIVERY PERIOD
The equipment shall be delivered to the borrower on or before 90 days after payment of 10% of the total amount.
5. PAYMENT MODE
Both 10% and instalmental payment shall be made into the company account which is McCHATIJ ENTERPRISES

6. GUARANTOR
Guarantor must be a residents of Kaduna and must be a civil servant or any public office holder or a member of a registered cooperative or a
registered member of DJs association of Nigeria.
7. ADVANCE PAYMENT
Due to company change in policy the borrower is requested to pay 10% (N 34,000) of the total amount of credit purchase before the
company will start processing his/her/their order. Payment should be made into the companys account McChatij Enterprises
0223145163 Guaranty Trust bank and attach the letter to the form and submit.
