Coca-Cola HBC search for new talent never stops, and graduates are a very
important public category in our recruitment policy. Thus, they created two
programs for young graduates and students. The first is the Management Trainee
program "Destination: Management" - a professional development program
dedicated to students last year accelerated and higher education graduates.
During the program, Trainee site goes through a complex process of personal and
professional development, which acquire the skills needed to manage a job in the
company: First Level (knowledge of company and business philosophy), Second
Level (manage own projects ) and Third Level (management team). This year we
have 7 positions in departments Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain (Production &
Maintenance), Finance and Planning. The second program is one in which future
domestic Internship will have the opportunity to put into practice knowledge
acquired in the faculty. The internship lasts three months, and this year we offer
posts interns in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Audit, Procurement, Maintenance,
Production, Quality Assurance, Planning, Logistics in 4 cities: Ploiesti, Timisoara,
Poiana Blacks, Bucharest (Maria Dinu, Talent Manager, Coca - Cola HBC)
