1. To work within the agreed core administrative structure, to organize and manage the faculty to
achieve academic and performance goals.
2. To contribute to leading the overall strategic development of the University, taking on specific
institution-wide responsibilities.
3. To support professional training opportunities for staff members to meet their short term needs
and advance their long term development objectives.
4. To satisfy primary stakeholders through providing quality support services.
5. To acquire advanced learning in my field of discipline through graduate studies, seminars and
