Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? is a television game show which offers

very large cash prizes for correctly answering a series of consecutive
multiple-choice questions of increasing difficulty. The format is owned
and licensed by Sony Pictures Television International. The maximum
cash prize (in the original British version) is one million pounds. ()
The programme originated in the United Kingdom, where it is hosted
by Chris Tarrant. It is based on a format devised by David Briggs, Steven Knight and Mike Whitehill, who also devised a number of the promotional games for Chris Tarrants breakfast show on Capital FM radio.
The original working title for the show was Cash Mountain. When it first
aired in the UK on 4 September 1998, it was a surprising twist on the
game show genre. (...)

What about the words in italic? These words are relative pronouns.

Papo tcnico
According to Wikipedia:
A relative pronoun is a pronoun that marks a relative
clause within a larger sentence. It is called a relative pronoun
because it relates to the word that it modifies and is not
specific. In English, relative pronouns are who, whom, which,
whose, and that.

A relative pronoun links two clauses into a single complex clause. It is

similar in function to a subordinating conjunction. Unlike a conjunction,
however, a relative pronoun stands in place of a noun.
Lets see them?

Who
It is always related to people. It can replace the subject or the object of the
main sentence. Study these examples:

Second clause:(That man) is her father.

This is the girl who I met at the mall.

object

Main clause:This is the girl.

Second clause:I met (the girl) at the mall.

WHOM
In this special case when the pronoun replaces the object of the main
clause the pronoun who can be replaced by whom. It is the same meaning:

object

Main clause:This is the girl.

Second clause:I met (the girl) at the mall.

WHICH
It is always related to anything but people. It can replace the subject or the
object of the main sentence. Study these examples:
Here is the key which I was looking for.

object
In this sentence we have two clauses that can be joined in one.

Main clause:Here is the key.

Second clause:I was looking for (the key).

is related to people or not. Take a look at the same examples:

This is the girl who I met at the mall.

The programme, whose presenter is sick, is my favorite one.

First clause: The programme is my favorite one.
