Corroborative evidence is an additional evidence of different kind and character

tending to prove the same point.


Ex. Another witness who saw Mr. A dispose of the bloody weapon.
Cumulative evidence is additional evidence of the same kind and character as that
already given and tending to prove the same point.
Ex. The testimony of two or more witnesses seeing Mr. As act of stabbing.
Admission against interest-declaration made by a person deceased, or unable to
testify against the interest of declerant, an admission by the dying person that he
rape or killed Mr. B. An admission by the dying person of his wrong doing. Pedigree
Irrelevant- offer piece of evidence has no probative value
Immaterial-the offer evidential face is directed to prove some probandum which is
not proper in issue
Res gestae- first part- A person personally seen the commotion inside the building
and that an old man came out from the building and never seen then.
