( Yes in the current Role i am part of the India Management Team, In NSL Seeds i worked with Head HR and got
exposed to manay critical issues at Cop office,Plant level,)

Manpower Planning
(was SPOC for all recruiting at NSL Seeds and Envista)

( At NSL Seeds, gave functional input to IT Team and bought Enerzise a PMS tool,identified KRA )

( At present tenure I am single point of contact for all lisioning things between US Office and departments like ESIC

Renewals of factory licence
Registrations and approvals from local municipal ,water ,fire office

Yes NSL Seeds ( safety training at Plants, First aid ,skills based trainings like excel word ,Personality
devolvement ,motivations , be the leader ,train the trainers etc.)
