AFFIDAVIT OF PARENTAL CONSENT

We, ROGELIO D. SEVILLENO and JUSTINA G. SEVILLENO, Filipinos,
both of legal age, husband and wife and residents of Brgy. 08, Lawaan, Eastern
Samar, Philippines, after being sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say:
That we are legitimate parents of ANA MARIE G. SEVILLANO;
That recently our daughter have asked our consent for her planned travel
to Rametshalde 1672525, Munsigen, Germany to marry her fiancee,
ALEXANDER CHRISTIAN SCHULZ, a German Citizen;
That considering that she is already of legal age and thinking only of her
best interest coupled with the belief that she may have found the man she will
happily spend her life with, we do hereby voluntarily and freely give our
consent to the aforesaid plan of our daughter to travel to Germany and to
marry said ALEXANDER CHRISTIAN SCHULZ;
That we are executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily for the sole
purpose of attesting to the truth and veracity of the foregoing declaration and
statement.
