details such as specications, we can provide all the quantities.

Services:
We Provides our services for all types of project i.e. Residential,Commercial, Malls,SEZ,Industrial, Hotels,
Educational Institutes, Roadwork and infrastructural projects.
1) Initial Budgeting:
Initial Budgeting of a project with preliminary drawings.
We provide preliminary budget of a project in very small time using initial drawings, data, and specication provided
by client. We also use our experience, previous project data and thumb rules if needed to complete the exercise of
initial budgeting.
2) Detail Quantity Take O and Budget Preparation:
Extracting all detail RCC, Finishing, Services Quantities for project as per nal drawings.
i) Detail Floor wise, at wise, Item wise quantities for RCC, Finishing and Services Items for Buildings.
ii) BOQ & Costing as per current market Rates.

iii) Quantity take o, Cost estimation & BOQ preparation for club house, swimming pool,external plumbing, road
work, compound wall, entrance gate etc.
4) BBS: Preparing Reinforcement Bar bending schedule with optimization.
i) Item wise and dia wise Reinforcement Quantity take o.
ii) Provides bar shapesin BBS as per client requirement.
iii) Provide Optimization report for dierent length of steel.
5) Rate Analysis: Rate Analysis of each item with respect to market rate for dierent places.
6) Schedule & Bar chart, Cash ow:
i) Preparing schedule and Bar chart in MS Project /Excel.
ii) Preparing Cash ow in excel with respect to budget.

7) Reconciliation & Budget Monitoring:

i) Stage wise or Monthly Reconciliation and Budget monitoring of project.
ii) Site Visit for receiving Completed work status, Store data from site
iii) Compare with the estimate, preparing and submit the Material and Cost Reconciliation
Reports.
iv) Checking the work progress with respect to Bar chart.
8) Tendering:
Preparing Tenders with all documents for architects and clients, Tender Conditions, Contract
Documents, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), comparing tenders, negotiation with the contractor.
9) Bill Certication
Bill Certication for Builders and Contractors.

Basic Requirements from client:

i) All working drawings in Soft copy (AUTOCAD Format) i.e. architectural, structural, services drawings along with

Specications.
