Team Members
Meghal is a current Master of Engineering Management candidate at Duke University.
She has completed her Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University,
India in 2016. During her undergraduate studies, she has taken up several Energy and
Sustainability themed projects like designing a Green School Building wherein the AirConditioning System integrated with the Building Management Systems developed a
net positive energy building. She has also presented a paper on Water Conservation
in the International Conference for Sustainable Development, India. These projects
have sparked her further passion to pursue a leadership role in the energy industry.

Nitish Garg is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from PEC University of
Technology, India and is currently pursuing MEM degree with concentration in energy
at Duke University. He previously served as Project Engineer for GE Power. Over his 3
years of work experience, he worked for large scale power projects across India,
Bangladesh and USA. He is passionate about sustainable energy and interested in
working toward optimization of generation mix and distributed energy resources.

Saket Agrawal is a Master of Engineering Management candidate at Duke University


and holds a Bachelor degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering. He is a
member of U.S. Green Building Council and has previously worked at Honeywell on
building automation and energy management projects. His interest lies in exploring
and developing the energy efficiency and power markets within U.S.

Project Lead
Sreeram is passionate about bringing innovative and future-shaping technologies to
market and scale, accelerating the worlds shift towards cleaner forms of energy.
Prior to joining to Duke in 2015, he worked with a French MNC, ALSTOM wherein he
was responsible for the design of automation logics for a thermal power plant. He
graduated from National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, India in 2013 with a
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering. Recently, as an EDF
Climate Corps Fellow at New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), he built a
comprehensive economic and technical feasibility analysis tool which allows NYCHA
to evaluate the project life cycle costs of a Combined Heat and Power project. Apart
from the work he takes-up, he is interested in cooking, chess and reading fiction.
