MEETING RE: UPDATES ON: AGORA REIMBURSEMENT, LMO FIELD
TRIP, LM NIGHT. AGENDA: CBA TEAMBUILDING, ALMAP T-SHIRT,
The meeting was held on February 18, 2016, in the Room 429 at the 4th floor of the NEU Main
Building at 12:42pm to 1:15pm . Officer in charge was David Ronell M. Golla VII, President of
LMO.
POINTS OF DISCUSSION (WITH DETAILS):
I. AGORA REIMBURSEMENT
For those who have paid the fee of Php 200.00 for USTs AGORA, please see
Regina Gesite (1st, 2nd, and 4th Year) and Aurea de Guzman (3rd Year) for
reimbursement.

II. LMO FIELD TRIP

Date of LMO Field Trip March 4, 2016
LMO Field Trip Fee Php 150.00
Deadline of Payment February 26, 2016
Fitz Lexine Ayala will be in charge of the list of attendees from the fourth (4th)
year.

III. LM NIGHT
Due Date of Down Payment for 4LM (Php 300.00) February 26, 2016, Friday
IV. CBA TEAMBUILDING
Date of CBA Teambuilding February 23, 2016
Venue of CBA Teambuilding Sierra Madre Resort, Tanay Rizal
CBA Teambuilding Fee Php 350.00
1. Php 250.00 for the bus.
2. Php 100.00 entrance fee.
3. Food Attendees / Participants may either bring food or buy food from the
venue.
Deadline of Payment February 20, 2016, Saturday
Year Representatives shall be in charge of collecting payments from every year
level.
V. ALMAP T-SHIRT
Price of Latest ALMAP Shirt Php 300.00
Deadline of Payment February 24, 2016, Wednesday
Year Representatives are in charge of collecting orders and payment. Please indicate in
the orders the size, color and the price paid.
Year Representatives will turn over payments to Aurea de Guzman on February 26,
2016.
