If a port is a tagged member of a VLAN, then any packets

sent out that port by that VLAN must have a tag inserted into
the header.

If a tagged packet arrives in at a port, and the port is a

tagged member of the VLAN corresponding to the VID in the
packet's tag, then the packet is associated with that VLAN

Scenario 1: A company wants to separate the Employee's Wi-Fi
and Guest Wi-Fi to restrict access of guest users only to internet.
Other LAN resources like server should not be accessible to guest.

So, two VLANs can be defined that are VLAN1 and VLAN2, the
subnet of VLAN1 is 192.168.1.0, and the subnet of VLAN2 is
10.0.0.0 without inter LAN routing
