8th grade students will understand to follow the directions given in the recipe.
They also will create a recipe themselves and reconcile what they learned with
the daily life.
By doing this, they will also learn to follow the directions on a large scale.

-Showing a realia, which is an old recipe notebook of an old nanny
-Students examine the notebook, and this seems very funny to them, because
of the relationship with the real life.

-Then, the teacher shows a video, which shows a secret recipe.


-Students try to put the recipe in correct order with the help of given
directions.
-At the end, students are supposed to write their own recipes.

Summary

SUMMARY: In the beginning of the lesson, students observe an old recipe


notebook in groups, then they watch a video, which is related to a secret
recipe. After that, students try to put recipe in the correct order. Finally, they
are supposed to write their own recipes.

Explanation
If anything goes wrong and we cannot follow our lesson plan, we can continue
with some kinesthetic games, which we created before. This games could be
maybe more enjoyable for the students in general.
