PRE-NUPTIAL AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This PRE-NUPTIAL AGREEMENT, entered into this 30th of April 2016, by and
between Francis Joseph G. Escudero (hereafter referred to as future husband) of
legal age and a resident of 143-A Loyola Heights, Quezon CIty, and Heart O.
Evangelista (hereafter referred to as future wife), also of legal age and resident of
85 Greenhills. San Juan, WITNESSETH:
THAT the parties herein are about to enter into a contract of marriage,
tentatively to take place on June 12, 2016 at Basilica Minore of Our Lady of
Manoag in Pangasinan;
THAT they hereby mutually agree that their property relations as future
spouses shall be under the regime of COMPLETE SEPARAtION OF PROPERTIES
during their marriage;
THAT all the property, real and personal, now owned or hereafter to be
owned by the future husband, shall remain to be his own exclusive and separate
property, subject to his sole disposition, administration, and enjoyment, while
those of the future wife shall likewise remain to her own absolute ownership,
disposition, and administration.
