To whom it may concern:
Parish Music Ministry, in which Jhaillie Tyra Fabila is a member,
has been actively involved in church liturgical services for the past
advent and Christmas season. Hence, part of the regular formation
program for our members include Fellowship activities, wherein,
members of the ministry are given a chance to spend time with the
group to undergo team building and group reflection activities. This
takes place once every church liturgical season (advent, christmas,
lent.) This advent and Christmas season, the said event took place
on January 2, 2017 at Tibiao.
In this connection, we would like to ask you to excuse Jhaillie
Tyra Fabila for being absent last January 2, 2017 in a school activity
at DCHS. She attended an official activity of the Parish Music
Ministry in which she is a member.
Thank you very much for the continued support in the local
church and being our partner in the total formation of our youth.
