ADDRESS: IM Carroll, OH 43112 PHONE: HOME: i CELL: In October, 2014, | was told by our Fire Chief that one of his part-time fire fighter’s paycheck bounced. The township used Buckeye Payroll as a payroll service. | am not responsible for payroll however | am responsible for assisting employees if they are having employment issues. Bloom Twp employees were growing increasingly frustrated by errors being made in payroll by Buckeye Payroll. With the issue of the bounced check and errors being made by Buckeye Payroll, | made several calls to Brian Kuhn (owner) but he would not return my calls. | was contacted by Steve Wells of Fairfield National Bank and Dave Jones, CPA who acquired Buckeye Payroll accounts, and they also expressed frustration over Brian’s lack of attention and not returning calls. Nearly a month later, the rubber checks were resolved. | don’t know if Brian kuhn resolved it or if Dave Jones resolved it. Prior to the primary filings, I told Jeff Fix, Mayor Smith, David Uhl, Greg Russell, John Hale, Gina Bentle, Becky Tener, Bob Hedges about the payroll issue that Brian’s company caused and his lack of response. | thought the Republican officials should know the bounced check issue from a “rising star” who was the heir apparent to the mayor's office. Anne Darling-Cyphert signature 12/28/2015.
