As a prospective client/resident, to decide whether the Volunteers of America Greater

tos angeies was the right veterans transitional program for me, upon receipt, I carefully
reviewed your information and accreditation, your admissions requirements, your
commitment, your academic standards and a host of other program related policy and
material. In addition to reviewing your academic's, as a military veteran myself, I
reached out to current and outgoing program participants for their personal viewpoints
of your program.

Having had the pleasure of speaking with current and past residents, as well as
reviewing your academic material, I was impressed with the opportunities that
Volunteers of America Greater Los Angeles would be able to offer me.
On May 16l, 2016, on a referral from the Greater Los Angeles VA Medical Center, I made
the leap to enter your veteran's transitional program'
Despite my excitement and enthusiasm shortly after I entered your program, I began to
experience a disruption which has Ied to this action. Nmost immediately I have been
subjected to a hostile iiving environment, an unsafe living environment, a noise
campaign, and acts of aggression, threats, theft of property and a host of other issues.

These components alone are enough to hinder me in furthering my progress in your

program. ihose acts have had a significant impact on both my professional, educational
ind personal life, thus taking away time and attention dedicated towards my personal
success requiring more time than I had anticipated.
As a result of these acts, on December t6, zot6,I added the Volunteers of America
Greater Los Angeles as a co-defendant in Civii Case CV-r3-6o3o-ODW-(AS).
Per the amended complaint "The newAMENDED COMPIAINT wil maintain the
counts and aliegationi against the same Defendants from the original complaint but
adds additional Defendants to include; the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the National SecurityAgency (NSA), the Office of
Special Counsel (OSC), the Equal Employ, rnent Opportunity Commission (EEOC),the
Department of Defense (DOD), the Department of Energy (DOE), the Department of
Uealth and Human Services (HHS), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration
(NASA), the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the SRO Housing
Corporation to include its agents, officers and employees both (past and present), and
the Volunteers of America to include its agents, officers and employees both (past and
present) to name a few. Additionally, the amended complaint adds additional counts
and allegations. The amended complaint accounts for the significant factual and
proceduial deveiopments that have occurred since the originai complaint was fi1ed,
including the national debate surrounding the Plaintiffs allegations."

In light of recent events to include the recent theft of my flash drives that occurred at
6zz Wall Street Los Angeles, California 9oor4, I advise you of the following:
Obstruction may consist of any attempt to hinder the discovery, apprehension,
conviction or punishment of anyone who has committed a crime. The acts by which
justice is obstructed may include bribery, murder, intimidation, and the use of physical
force against witnesses, law enforcement officers or court officiais.
Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant is a violation of rB U.S. Code $ r5rz.
Retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant is a violation of rB U.S. Code g
1513.

As previously stated above, I was impressed with the opportunities that Volunteers of
America Greater Los Angeies would be able to offer me. The kind of program offered by
your organization is compatible with my interests. However, the ongoing issues as
previously stated above present a problem.

I am confident that with Volunteers of America Greater Los Angeles due diligence you
will seize this opportunity by working towards offering a program more structured for
both the success of your staff and clients. An environment that will encourage and
promote innovative ideas to meet the needs of your clients.
Should you need any additional information you may contact me directly al (zrg) 9z6+868 or by mail at 6zzWall Street Los Angeles, California 9oor4.

I look forward to your response.

Thank you for your time and consideration'
Sincerely,

Oliver B. Mitchell
