1. Electrical Room, Telephone Room, Water Meter Room, Should be accessible 24/7 for Authorities and Maintenance Staff.
2. Since the Architectural Layout only show the Lift lobby as Public access area, the Emergency Escape route is not Accessible, at least one stair case
should be accessible for the public area as escape route.
3. The existing location of FDB-1 and FDB-2 is attached to wash room/wet area, which is not acceptable by ADDC.
4. One ONU can fulfil the requirements for the Pent House, and the location to be shifted from the bed room to common accessible place.
5. For Electrical load, One Sub Main Db and two Final Db's are proposed to fulfil the requiremnts, shown on the drawing.
6. Cables Feeding the DB's can be easily passed through the Lift Lobby, by means of Cable tray above the false ceiling.
