Notes: Connections Housing, located at 6th Ave. & A Street, provides interim and permanent housing for homeless that are
referred from the target area of First Street to 10th Ave. & Cedar to Broadway. The data in this reports reflects the number
of homeless found sleeping in this target area. It does not reflect the number of residents living in Connections Housing
Connections Housing opened March 2013. Data gathered prior to their opening is to be used for benchmarking.
The Clean & Safe program homeless count tabulates 2 individuals per visible tent and 2 individuals per vehicle that
show clear signs of homeless habitation
* Represents the months that The Downtown Fellowship of Ministries and Churches collaborated with us on the monthly homeless sleep
count.
**North East East Village is the area north of Market Street & east of Park Ave.
North West is the area north of Market Street & west of Park Ave.
South East is the area east of Park Ave. south of Market Street
