length. 2) The Prices quoted above are normally for supplies Ex-Factory.

Unless otherwise specified the company will despatch the goods by the most convenient
means of transport available. 4) Excise Duty will be charged extra as applicable except for
Roof Water Accessories. 5) For Roof Water Accessories, ST / CST will be charged extra as
applicable. 6) Payments shall be made by A/c. Payee D.D. / Pay Order in favour of M/s.
Prince Pipes & Fittings Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. 7) Company wil not take any responsibility of the
payment made in cash to any of its staff members. 8) These prices are subject to change
without prior notice. 9) All transactions are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction. 10) 2% CST will
be charged against 'C' Form. Otherwise CST will be charged @12.50% in lieu of 'C' Form.
Hence it is complusory to intimate us the CST registration number along with the order.
Notes :
1. All Prince Roof Water Fittings are provided with Clamps and Rubber Gaskets for jointing
at no additional costs.
2. Rafter Bracket (Top & Side) rates are inclusive of Top Bracket & Nut Bolt.
