Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Public Relations (PR) Committee

ICT & PR Committee Organizational Chart

The Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Public Relations (PR) Committee is
composed of one (1) Senior Head, one (1) Junior Head, and four (4) departments composed of:
Creatives three (3) members, Broadcasters four (4) members, Seekers three (3) members,
and Keepers three (3) members. The Senior Head and Junior Head Ralf Vasquez & Shaquille
Pacpaco are both responsible in planning, leading, organizing, and controlling of the committee
and directly report to the President Bro. Luis Ortiz. The Creatives Department is responsible
in creating visuals for monthly report, tarpaulin, video presentations and others using MS
PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Movie Maker, and other software applications.
The Broadcasters Department is responsible in creating announcements, updating the social
media accounts, composition of content to be posted,

I. MICROSOFT OFFICE SEMINAR

A. Activity Purpose/Rationale
There are almost one hundred (100) children in Friendship Home every year that
do not know how to perform or use the Microsoft Office Applications for their school
requirements. It is timely needed by students today because we are currently in the
21st Century wherein technology is our primary tool and source of information. The
main purpose of Microsoft Office Seminar is to enhance the childs ability and
knowledge in using MS Applications that can be used by them in making projects,
assignments, reports, and other educational purposes. Learning these applications will
help the child to efficiently and effectively perform their homework and tasks. This
activity will also develop their skills in editing, documentation, presentation, and
more that are skills required in their future career.
