CASE STORY
After the gruesome two months of beast barracks during the NCBN training
of plebes, 4cl Sheila has successfully finished her training during the NCBN without
deficiencies especially in academics and physical fitness test. Thats why during
incorporation day, her parents was amazed seeing her in Full Dress Attire and
became proud for her because of surpassing the challenges during her summer
camp in the academy. She also told to her parents that they shouldnt think
negative things about her stay in the training for she is already matured and can
longer endure the hardship of cadetship.
But then, during the 1st academic term of the regular corp, she had already
accumulated high deficiencies in Algebra and English. Moreover, some of her
subjects have low proficiency points like social and technical course given by the
Academic group. Her professor was very concerned about her status of which they
come to talk to her squadleader and yearling buddies since theyre the ones
affecting the performance of every plebe. But they were shocked when they were
told by her squadleader that her reason of his low performance in academics its
because she was not closed to her squadmates and always wants to be alone
during study period. It was also said that she dont want to mingle with them
because of their different cultures and ethnic background.

meeting every weekends.

every squad for unity and to
build a strong relationship
within their classmate in order
to prevent further conflict.
