(4) Probate proceedings (testate or intestate), where the gross value of
the estate does not exceed PhP 400,000 in Metro Manila and PhP 300,000
outside Metro Manila
(5) Forcible entry and unlawful detainer cases, provided that in cases
where defendant raises the question of ownership and the question of
possession cannot be resolved without deciding on the issue of ownership,
the issue of ownership shall be resolved only to determine the issue of
possession

Small Claims cases where the amount of the claim for payment or
reimbursement of money does not exceed Php 200, 000, exclusive of
