recommendation for specific chemical filter required.

DISCLAIMER / LIMIT OF LIABILITY CHEMICAL FILTER PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

DESIGN FILTRATION MICROZONE INC (manufacturer) and BCA SCIENTIFIC INC (distributor) recommend regular preventative
maintenance for chemical extraction hoods.

The chemical filters used in this extraction hood, must be checked and replaced regularly by the customer to ensure they are not
loaded and have sufficient adsorption/absorption capacity.

The life expectancy of the filters is dependant on usage, including volume, concentration and type of chemicals used, in addition
to the age of chemical filters. When in doubt, the chemical filters should be replaced. Only use replacement chemical filters
recommended by the manufacturer Design Filtration Microzone Inc for your particular application.

The customer is required to set-up a preventative maintenance schedule and agrees to assume all responsibility for care,
maintenance and required change-out of chemical filters. Should the customer require the name of a service company to provide
on-going preventative maintenance, testing and/or replacement of chemical filters, they should contact Design Filtration
Microzone Inc @ 1-888-636-8609 for a list of recommended service companies.

In no event will Design Filtration Microzone Inc (manufacturer) or BCA Scientific Inc (distributor) be liable for any damages
whatsoever, including, but not limited to any direct, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or other indirect damages arising
out of the use of this equipment.
