ABOUT

Born in Jakarta, Danny began to develop his sense of design at an early age. He
pursued his bachelor degree, specialising in marketing management. Before
completing his degree, he decided to pursue his love for design by joining Istituto Di
Moda Burgo, majoring in footwear design illustration.
Taking it further, he decided to continue his study to RMIT University, focusing on
Custom Made Footwear. In 2016, he became the 20 semifinalist of Lomba Perancang
Aksesoris (Accessory Designer Competition) 2016 by Femina Group.

Some of the designs are practice drawing based on

famous designer shoes (such as Dolce & Gabbana,
Lanvin, etc.) and some of them are designed for final
project.
The illustrations are all hand sketching and drawing
using copic marker, colored pencil, gel pen and
graphite pencil.

On the first semester, we have to create 3 pairs of shoes

(court shoes, derby shoes and oxford shoes) using
the materials chosen by the lecturer. One the second
semester, we have to create range of collection that
represent us as a designer. This project is the final
collection for graduation exhibition.
Final collection range consist of 6 pairs of shoes (strap
heels, slip-on mules, slip on bow sandals, sandals and
block heels), 3 jewelries, and 3 bags. All the collection
are handmade using denim as the main materials. The
concept is aesthetically minimalist with an edge, with
the title MARITIM, based on Indonesian archipelago.

As for the final project, a website has been developed

to display all the works, photoshoot, as well as brand
profile.
The website layout are based on the design aesthetic,
minimalist with slight of an edge. Layout are based
on the domain, and edited with campaign images and
logo.
