RULES for POST-OFFICE WEEK February 13-17

1. A list of all classes and room numbers is attached. Mail should be addressed and
delivered to Home Room classrooms/teachers.
a. ALL TA mail will be delivered to their boxes (except for Spanish teachers).
b. Kitchen mail will be delivered to the kitchen.
c. Office mail will be delivered to the office.
d. PE and Spanish Department mail will be delivered to the Spanish/PE Room
D.
e. Tech mail will be delivered to the Computer Lab.
f. SPED mail, including Mrs. Beveridge will be delivered to SPED Room.
g. Mrs. Rodericks mail will be delivered to Title I room.
h. Mr. Wall (Music) and Mrs. Carlson (Speech) will be delivered to Room C.
i. Library mail will be delivered to Tracis box.
j. Richard the Crossing Guard mail will be delivered to the office.
2. Anyone can write a letter or post card to anyone in the building. Envelopes are
optional.
3. You may NOT send treats or food with mail. (Candy grams purchased the WEEK
OF FEBRUARY 6-10 are the only treats that can be delivered with letters or
cards.)
4. Please encourage your students to try and write 2-3 notes, cards /notes per day.
5. Please think of anyone who could use a special note of appreciation or could use
some nice words to brighten their day. Every child needs to receive a note
during the week! Please pay attention to anyone not receiving notes.
6. Room numbers must be included on every letter.
7. NOTE: Only kindness can be mailed. Return name and room number must be
on each piece of mail (for accountability).
8. Every teacher will have their own mailbox for OUTGOING mail in their room.
Once a letter has been put in the mailbox, nobody can touch them, search
through them, etc. (No tampering with mail)
9. Mail is sorted by PTO volunteers and delivered to HOME ROOM every afternoon
after 1:00. Friday February 17 is the last day mail is delivered.
10. Parents, grandparents, friends,anyone on the outside can mail letters and
cards at the office, in the lobby, or in the outside mailbox.
