Trinidad & Tobago United Community Association, Inc. (TATUCA), having been founded in August, 1962, turns 55 in August 2017. The founders, Trinidad and Tobago nationals working at the United Nations, objective was to promote their newly independent twin-island state and its culture to the people of North America. What does TATUCA do?
Promote cultural events
Recognize Trinidad and Tobago nationals for their service to our country and the community Provide scholarship grants to eligible Trinidad and Tobago nationals and their descendants Make charitable donations to worthy non-profits in Trinidad and Tobago and the US o Recent donation made to Rainbow Rescue February 2016

Membership
Regular membership - Attend monthly meetings, unless excused, eligible to
be elected to the Executive Board Online membership, not required to attend monthly meetings but can actively participate online and through teleconferences, but will be required to attend the annual meeting
