NARRATIVE STATEMENT

For Period October 1, 2016 to October 31, 2016

Please provide a brief description of the significant business and legal action by the debtor, its creditors or the court during
the reporting period. Comments should include any change in bank accounts, explanation of extraordinary expenses, and
purpose of any new post-petition financing. Comments should also include debtor's efforts during the month to
rehabilitate the business and to develop a plan.
The Court entered an Order Setting Confirmation Hearing for November 2, 2016 [Dkt No. 213]. The Internal
Revenue Service, United States Trustee, Stryker Corporation and Louisiana Department of Revenue all filed Objections to
the Confirmation of the Plan on October 21, 26 and 28, 2016 respectively [Dkt Nos. 259, 262, 264 and 266 respectively].
The Debtor filed the Chapter 11 Tabulation of Ballots on October 28, 2016 [Dkt No. 265].
The Debtor filed the September, 2016 Monthly Operating Report on October 25, 2016 [Dkt No. 261].
Stryker Corporation and Howmedica Ostenonics Corporation filed a Limited Motion for Relief from the
Automatic Stay Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 362(d)(1) and Notice of Hearing scheduling same for hearing on November
2, 2016 on September 22, 2016 [Dkt Nos. 220 and 221]. The Court entered an Order continuing the hearing on the
Limited Motion for Relief until November 28, 2016 [Dkt No. 231].
On October 3, 2016, Debtor filed an ExParte Motion to Reconsider Motion to Expedite Hearing on Motion to Sale
2016 Mercedes and 2015 Ford Super Duty [Dkt No. 244]. This Court Granted the ExParte Motion to Reconsider Motion
to Expedite Hearing on Motion to Sale 2016 Mercedes and 2015 Ford Super Duty on October 4, 2016 and Order that the
Hearing be set for October 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. [Dkt No 246]. The Court entered a Memo to Record on October 12,
2016 granting the Motion to Sale 2016 Mercedes and 2015 Ford Super Duty [Dkt No. 251]. On October 19, 2016, the
Court entered an Order Granting the Motion to Sale 2016 Mercedes and 2015 Ford Super Duty [Dkt No. 257].
The Debtor filed a Motion to Use Funds Outside of the Ordinary Course of Business in the amount of $3,500.00 in
order to establish the Escrow Account with Regions Bank (Motion to Use Funds to Establish Escrow Account) [Dkt No.
239]. In addition, the Debtor filed a Motion to Expedite the hearing regarding the Motion to Use Funds [Dkt No. 240].
An Order was entered on October 4, 2016 granting the Motion to Expedite Hearing on the Motion to Use Funds to

Establish Escrow Account and scheduled the matter for October 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. [Dkt No. 247]. The Court entered a
Memo to Record on October 12, 2016 granting the Motion to Use Funds to Establish Escrow Account [Dkt No. 251]. An
Order Granting the Motion to Use Funds to Establish Escrow Account was entered on the record on October 17, 2016
[Dkt No. 252].
The Debtor filed a Motion to Use Estate Funds Outside of the Ordinary Course Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 363
(Motion to Use Estate Funds to Pay Insurance Premium) to pay insurance on the 39 Yellowfin and Motion to Expedite
the Motion to Use Estate Funds to Pay Insurance Premium same on October 18, 2016 [Dkt Nos. 253 and 254
respectively]. An Order Granting the Motion to Expedite the Motion to Use Estate Funds to Pay Insurance Premium was
entered on October 19, 2016 scheduling the hearing for October 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. [Dkt No. 256]. A Memo to Record
was entered on October 25, 2016 granting the Motion to Use Estate Funds to Pay Insurance Premium {Dkt No. 260].
