On the job training is necessary because during on the job training, trainees will
gain experience and knowledge that they can use on the future.

The trainees will acquire skills and knowledge during their on the job training.
During on the job training, trainees gain knowledge about the transmission line.

Role includes the following:

-as a maintenance, we have to improve when we are repairing a computer or other

devices.
-to satisfied the customer that we are here to give them assistance.
-buying a software like anti-virus every year to maintain or to update the application we
are installed.
-give an idea to the customer what we have to do or what will do to their computer.
-we have to test the computer before give to the owner.
-researching of emerging technologies in order to be able to deliver the most up-to-date
solutions.
