JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF LEGITIMATION

We, LARS M. ALEXANDERSON and ALISA C. BOSCONOVICH, both of legal

age, married, and both Filipinos, with residence address at Macalong, Asingan,
Pangasinan, Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state

1. We are legally married to each other. Our wedding was solemnized on April 18,
2004 by REV. FR. DIOMEDES S. LAGUERTA at Saint Louis Bertrand Parish
Catholic Church, Asingan, Philippines. A copy of our Marriage Certificate issued
by the National Statistics Office | Office of the Civil Registrar General is attached
hereto, marked as ANNEX A and made an integral part hereof.

2. Prior to our marriage and outside of wedlock, a child, named LEO BOSCONOVICH,
was conceived and born on December 13, 2002 at Baguio General Hospital &
Medical Center, Baguio City, Philippines. A copy of our childs Certificate of Live
Birth issued by the National Statistics Office | Office of the Civil Registrar General is
hereto attached, marked as ANNEX B and made an integral part hereof.

3. Immediately before our marriage, we were not in any way disqualified by any
impediment to marry each other, and, therefore, by virtue of our subsequent
marriage, the said child is now legitimated by operation of law, particularly Article
177 of the Family Code.

4. We attest to the truth of the foregoing statements to the best of our own personal
knowledge and based on authentic documents and records. We are executing this
Affidavit to cause the legitimation of our child and for all other lawful intents and
purposes it may serve.
