II. Further, all concerned ecozone enterprises are also reminded to obtain prior PEZA approval in the
prescribed forms for the following: (1) sales of finished or semi-finished goods or services to
local/domestic clients within the Philippine customs territory, including sales to other export-oriented
enterprises (Constructive/Indirect Exports) located in other ecozones/IT Parks; (2) disposition/sale
of capital equipment/machinery; (3) any and all movement of goods entering and exiting the
special economic zone or IT Center/Park; and (4) transfer of operation/s within the same IT
building or to other special economic zone or IT Center/Park
III. Further, please be informed that applications for visa facilitation should conform to the PEZA
general guidelines as stated under PEZA MC No. 2001-007 dated 19 September 2001 (copy
available in the PEZA website). Please note that the DOJ, BI and DOLE-NCR requested PEZA to
validate the Alien Employment Permits (AEP) or proof that the applicants for PEZA visa facilitation
have filed the necessary AEP applications at the concerned DOLE office. PEZA was likewise
requested to verify the headcount of foreign nationals vis--vis the total workforce including
monitoring of the required visa validity periods, i.e. 15-days for 9A visas (issuance) and 30-days for
47(A)2 visa (renewal/extension). Further, may we also request that company representatives
including third-party service providers/consultants who submit visa facilitation applications be duly-
covered by the appropriate authorization letter/s. Finally, PEZA likewise requests that an email
confirmation be sent to eod@peza.gov.ph prior to physical submission of the visa facilitation
application forms to the Enterprise Operations Department.
