gains in core Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Bar Soap, Liquid Hand Soap and Fabric Softener categories,
topline growth +14% in 2005.
Owned full P&L responsibility for $350MM portfolio, Liquid Hand Soap shares +1.1 points, Irish
Spring shares +0.4 points in a declining category, Bodywash portfolio fully repositioned for growth,
profits +19%.
Transformed category presence with P&L responsibility for $135MM portfolio, pioneered entry into
powered toothbrush category.
Grew powered market shares to 10.8 percent of category, topline growth +33%, profits +77%.

Grew market shares +2.3 points, topline growth +10%, profits +4% on $215MM equity.
Driving Growth:
Drove CBP as the central commercial process for the organization. CBP is currently viewed as the Commercial
Heartbeat and the Way we Work Together Everyday to Strengthen our Business. Worked with SAP/GIT to drive
significant technical upgrades resulting in enhanced process improvements and increased utilization/compliance.
Developed Global Strategy and Battlefield identification in partnership with BCG/worldwide category teams for Global
Home Care. All worldwide divisions and subsidiaries are fully aligned behind the 2015 strategic plan.
Created and implemented Overdrive strategy for Wal*Mart US business geared to reach consumers more creatively,
effectively and efficiently. Innovative programs have been executed behind new products, clustering strategies, multi-
cultural opportunities, in-store presence enhancements and co-marketing plans utilizing key shopper insights. Developed
long term strategic plans with cross-functional management team to further drive core brands.
