You get Bonus for personal recommendation everytime

when Client/Partner purchases UDS Game products
moved by your recommendation.

The number of bonuses is not limited.

TEAM BONUS The more you help participants in achieving success
the more team rewards you get.
To make it simple, every package has its own point
volume (PV).
LEFT TEAM
You have two teams left and right. As soon as both
the left and right teams acquire 1 PV, the nancial cycle
closes and you earn $ 30.

YOU Example:

Alex and Anna are your personally invited participants.

ALEX It brings you $ 2 000 for personal recommendation and
50 PV to each team, as well. According to our example,
Alex and Anna choose VIP packages. It brings you $ 20
PV for each package.
Both of them invite one friend on Premium package,
each giving 10 PV and one friend on VIP package that
giving 20 PV each.

In total, you acquire 50 PV both in the left and right
teams, and according to the terms of the marketing

plan it provides you with 50 nancial cycles. For each
nancial cycle the Company pays you $ 30. Team

PASSIVE INCOME CONDITIONS
Products of the company have a monthly subscription
fee in the amount of $ 30.
You get $ 3 per month from all subscription fees in
your structure up to the 7th generation inclusively
(compression is taken into account).

Example:
You gave efcient recommendations to three of your
acquaintances and each of them did
the same. Therefore, in total of seven generations in
your structure there will be 3 279 users and you will be
able to earn $ 9 837 per month.

Number of users will constantly grow hence

LEADERSHIP BONUS CONDITIONS
LEVEL 3 You will always receive 10% of commission for
nancial cycles of users invited personally
by you up to the 3rd generation*.

Example:
LEVEL 2 You have 10 personally invited participants they form
LEVEL 2 your rst generation (level). In their turn they have 10

personally invited participants as well. Thus, in the
second generation you already have 100 people. In the
LEVEL 1 third generation 1000 people.

Example:
You personally sponsored Ivan, he personally
LEVEL 2 sponsored Peter and Peter in his turn personally
sponsored Ekaterina. As an example let's consider that
LEVEL 1
Ivan, Peter and Ekaterina earned team bonuses
$ 1 000** each. You will earn extra $ 300**.

LEVEL 2

*Every Partner gets 10% from Team commission of personally invited participants. In case of 40 nancial cycles execution during the accounting period, the Partner gets 10% of Team commission up to the second
generation in the next accounting period. In case of 100 nancial cycles execution during the accounting period, the Partner gets 10% of Team commission up to the third generation in the next accounting period,
accordingly. Accounting period is 7 days.

"QUICK START" BONUS CONDITIONS
Active within 30 calendar days from the moment of
registration in the company:

If 4 Business packages are purchased on your

recommendation, you will get the bonus for a Quick
FIRST 30 CALENDAR DAYS
start in the amount of $ 1 000 in addition to all
payments of marketing plan. You have to possess the
Business package or higher.

If 4 Premium packages are purchased on your

recommendation, you will get the bonus for a Quick
start in the amount of $ 3000 in addition to all
payments of marketing plan. You have to possess the
Premium package or higher.

If 4 VIP packages are purchased on your

recommendation, you will additionally get the bonus for
a Quick start in the amount of $ 5 000. You have to
possess the VIP package.

There are 2 options of getting retail rewards for implementation of
UDS Game licenses to Clients

1. Reselling non-activated license to end Client. Partners income

for full version license resale is $ 900. If a Partner implements Lite
version of license his income amounts to $ 300.

2. Reselling non-activated full version license and creating

Partners personal account to end Client. In this case Partners
income is equal to $ 500.
RECREATION AND TRAINING AT THE CONDITIONS
COMPANYS EXPENSE Two times a year GIS Company organizes travels for Partners with
specic status. Best of you will relax and educate in the most
beautiful places of the World at the Companys expense!

RENTING REWARD CONDITIONS
You are able to rent out UDS Game licenses to
entrepreneurs. A monthly Licenses fee
is $ 100. You get back your $ 80.

YOU ENTREPRENEURS
If you have Business package that includes 1 License
your monthly revenue will be $ 80.

If you have Premium package and, therefore, you have

5 Licenses your monthly revenue can be increased up
+100$ per month to $ 400 a month.

If you have VIP package that provides you with 10

Licenses your monthly remuneration can reach the
point of $ 800 per month accordingly.
