RECENT DEVELOPMENTS

Keppel DC REITs (KDCREIT) 4Q16 results met our


Weekly top gainers (%) expectations. We maintain our BUY rating with a higher fair value
Mapletree Commercial Trust +5.2 of S$1.39 (previously S$1.35), as we roll forward our valuations
Ascendas Hospitality Trust +2.8 and update our FX and cost of equity assumptions. (24 Jan)
Lippo Malls Indo Retail Trust +2.7
Cache Logistics Trust (CACHE) reported its 4Q16 results which

Suntec REIT reported an in-line set of 4Q16 results. DPU


declined 5.6% YoY to 2.596 S cents. We upgrade Suntec REIT to
HOLD with a slightly higher fair value of S$1.54. (26 Jan)

OUE Hospitality Trusts FY16 DPU fell 29.6% YoY to 4.61 S


cents, but within our expectations. Maintain BUY on OUEHT with
