Products Description :

 Contract Management (CM), is one of the products of I-many Contract

Management Enterprise suit. It deal with all spheres of legal contract life cycle.
This product is focused for Life Science vertical. CM solution automates,
maintains and tracks the complete lifecycle of an agreement allowing
organizations to configure contract lifecycles along with number of stages,
actions and configurable workflow that help streamline and improve contract
processes. Provides user-defined document templates that enforce standards
and contract across the enterprise during contract creation process. Also
provides audit trails and BIRT based reports to help ensure regularity
compliance.
This CM product is built on top of J2EE based Enterprise Contract
Management Foundation (ECMF) application, which provides platform for
various I-many life science products. ECMF comes with all basic operational
functionalities like user creation, security, audit trails.

CARS and other products. Validata is a comprehensive, integrated solution to
rebate claims validation. It provides prescription-level data validation for
Managed Care, Medicaid, and Medicare rebate processing, dramatically
reducing inaccurate and duplicate claims and payment. I-many Validata
provides a user-configurable data-load process with online validation rule sets,
enabling life science manufacturers to perform customized validations for any
script or claim received.

 Vignette Business Collaboration Server (VBCS), a knowledge-based server

having web-based user interface, encompassing various functionalities for
knowledge management. In case of document management, documents of
various sizes/mime types can be uploaded using the UI, WebDav, email and
FTP with processing like versioning, approval etc. possible. Provides creation of
various discussion groups for storing email information etc. Every object can be
governed by different policies like policy reader would allow only reading etc.
Also has facility of creating customized workflows in order to share and manage
knowledge with others. Has a unique facility of searching objects, used popular
search engine like Verity and Convera search engines. Supporting open-
standards including HTTP, SMTP, WebDAV, XML, LDAP, and with multiple
