From closed e3-forum:

Well, as I promised, here I will make a tutorial for all those who didn't succed to install any DLC or PSN game on their ps3
with E3 ODE PRO until now.

Requirements:
- DLC/PSN game in pkg files
- PkgView or Pkg Toolkit GUI
- FileZilla
- MM Full Version, Multiman version for ODE
- a ps3, of course

DLC installation:

- first of all, you'll need to use PkgView/Pkg Toolkit to extract the containing files of pkg anywhere on your PC. Both of them
are pretty easy to use so I'm sure you won't have any problems at this. After the extraction, you should have a folder "BLES-
xxxxx" that contains "USRDIR" and other files
- next, you'll have to install multiman on your ps3. Take notice that if you try to install directly the version for ODE it won't
work, so before this you'll have to install a full version of multiman. You can run/install MM from XMB as the games. After
you're done, run multiman, go to Settings->FTP Service, set it on "Enable (No Timeout)" and leave the multiman opened
- now, the PS3 and your PC must be connected to the same network (wireless router, etc). You need to install FileZilla, run it
and in the host box you must type the ip of your PS3 (it should start with 192.168.1.xxx), in the Username and Password box
you have to type 'root' and for port 21
- now, you'll have in the right part of the window the folder tree of your PS3. All you have to do is enter in dev_hdd0/game,
search the name of the folder you have extracted in your PC and enter it. There you'll have to copy all the files you have in
the extracted folder (choose Overwrite if it asks)
- done...

PSN game installation:

you're done, run multiman, go to Settings->FTP Service, set it on "Enable (No Timeout)" and leave the multiman opened
- you'll have to go to File Manager/mmOS -> PS3 Root->dev_hdd0->game where you'll create a new folder with a name as
one as your extracted folder
- now, the PS3 and your PC must be connected to the same network (wireless router, etc). You need to install FileZilla, run it
and in the host box you must type the ip of your PS3 (it should start with 192.168.1.xxx), in the Username and Password box

search the name of the folder you have extracted in your PC and enter it. There you'll have to copy all the files you have in
the extracted folder (choose Overwrite if it asks)
- when you're done, you'll have to rebuild your ps3's database. To do that, you have to enter Recovery Menu where you'll
choose "Rebuild Database". For those who don't know how to enter Recovery Menu, follow the steps bellow:

1. Turn off your PS3 so you see that glowing red light we are all familiar with.

2. Turn on your PS3 and HOLD the power button. Keep holding until it turns off.

3. Now turn it on again but this time it will be a little different. Press and hold the power button and you will hear... 1beep ...
then 2 quick beeps. At this point, release the power button. If you release it to late it will just turn off again. Return to step 1 if
this happens.
Be sure that your ps3 is connected to the internet before entering mm!

If you have any further questions, just ask.
