1. Generator Unit 1
(lnspection Factory Acceptance Test)
The Inspection was held dated on March 26,h - 2gil
2013, and following test activities which carried out in
factory during this session. :
1. Insulation Resistance Test
This test intended to determine the insulation
resistance for each phase winding, and
determine whether the condition of insulatior
is good or not according to it class. Test result
is acceptable as attached.

2. Direct Current Resistance Test

Test result is acceptable as attached.

3. Alternating Cu rrent lmpedance

Test result is acceptable as attached.

4. OCC Test
This test is intended to determine the open
circuit characteristic of generator voltage
related to field current.
Test result is acceptable as attached.

5. SCC Test
This test is intended to determine the short
circuits characteristic of generator voltage
related to field current.
Test result is acceptable as attached.

6. Short Circuit ratio Test

Test result is acceptable as attached.

7. Overspeed Test
Overspeed test has been performing on 3600
rpm and duration 2 minute. Generator has
been perform ing succesfully.

2013, and following test activities which carried out in

factory during this session. :
L. Insulation Resistance Test
This test intended to determine the insulation
resistance for each phase winding, and
determine whether the condition of insulation
is good or not according to it class. Test result
is acceptable as attached.

2. Direct Current Resistance Test

Test result is acceptable as attached.

been performing succesfully.

3. Generator Unit 1 & 2 will be ready for shipment in the

middle of April 201-3, but consortium will shipment
Generator (Unit L&2)together with Steam Turbine
estimeted in the middle of June 2013.
4. For Voltage withstand test for Coil insulation HCTC
cannot Test in Workshop, and will be tested on site.
5. Original QC Report document will be submit along
with Generator shipment.
6. Conclussion :
Generator Unit 1& 2 has been tested succesfully
