Ansysmenia

Ansysmenia is a technical event which will test the knowledge of analysis softwere
such as ansys,

As well as the basic knowldge subjects like SOM, FEA ,CAE

Softwere : CAE in ansys workbench (structural analysis)

Entry will open to all engineering students irrespective of their branch.

Rules:

o Scoring will be done on the basis of accuracy and time required to analyse
the problem.
o Final score will be summetion of all the three rounds
o Create model in ansys modeler itsels
o Organizing committee reserves the right to modify/add rules at any points of
time o eliminate any ambiguity, if any.
o The decision of the judges with regad to any of the task/rounds will be final.

Competition held in following Three rounds

Round 1:

MCQ test
30 questions (time 20 min)

Round 2:

2d analysis
Solving and analyse A given question having Model or drawing with
constraints and properties.
Students have to show the results in ansys.
1 problem (time 20 to 30 min)

Round 3:

Analysis of given Problem with Skills, techniques, computation and knowledge.

A task will be given with its requirements (Optimization of model)
