Graduan Bersatu Sdn Bhd has been establishing since July 2003 and has experience
for almost 4 years in printing shirt and corporate merchandising. We are experts in
printing the shirts, premium items and merchandising.

This company is also one of the leaders in supplying shirts and merchandises to
Program Latihan Khidmat Negara (PLKN). Now our company wants to expand more
market through the potential colleges such as a Malaysian Allied Health Sciences
Academy (MAHSA) for creating more entrepreneurs that come from young people
especially among the graduates.

However, the purpose of this proposal is to get your permission and approval from you
to do promotion and open a counter at suggested location in MAHSA College.

Our motives are to create entrepreneurs cultures among the fresh graduates.
Furthermore, its will be grateful for this company to give an opportunity for the students
to involve in business especially in entrepreneur’s field.

2.0 PROPOSAL TO OPEN THE COUNTER AT MAHSA COLLEGE

2.1 Introduction

Our proposals are to do promotion and open a counter at suggested location in

MAHSA College and we hope from your approval we will able to:

• Get your approval for open counter and do promotion in MAHSA College.
• Opportunity to adapt entrepreneur concept and culture among the
students in MAHSA College.
• Approval from the management to achieved this entrepreneurship
program.
• Create an opportunity in “win-win situation” between MAHSA College
and Graduan Bersatu Sdn Bhd.

2.2 Duration
• Duration will be start one (1) week after student’s registration.
• Information and suggestion will be asked to the management to avoid
from interrupting students’ activities for promotions and ordering.
• Promotions and ordering will take five (5) days according to the date
stated.
• The products will be deliver to the customers after four (4) or (5) weeks
from the orders date.

2.3 Company’s Concept

• Not compulsory to the customers.
• Based on students’ willingness.
• Offers prices are reasonable with variety of quality products.
