Subject: Re: ENQ8821 - Parking

Thank you for your helpful prompt reply.

To clarify, it is neither of these two controlled parking zones I was enquiring about, it was one (as I assumed to be the only one) in the city centre. You now advise that
there is none but that there was, and more than one and that they have "all been dissolved".

That enables me to clarify and revise my request as follows, questions 1 and 2 remaining unchanged.

Please advise me the following information:

1 When did the City Council commence decriminalised/civil parking enforcement?

2 Details of the designation order or similar statutory document that created the Council's power to conduct parking enforcement and by whom was it
provided?

With regard to those controlled parking zones that have been dissolved:

3 Please provide a street plan or other information that shows the boundaries of these dissolved zones.
4 On what date(s) were each of these controlled parking zone created and commenced in the city?
5 On what date(s) were each of these controlled parking zones dissolved?
6 What was the reason for discontinuing operation of these controlled parking zones?

Yours sincerely

Roger Green
