Dear Parents/Guardians,

It is that time of year again when we get an additional opportunity to collaborate about your childs continued
academic achievement! This year, I look forward to you scheduling an appointment and joining me here at
Randolph High School for Parent Teacher Conferences. In our conference time, I will update you about your
childs academic progress in class, show you a sample of your childs student work, and introduce literacy strategies
and standards we are working on in class.

Date: Wednesday, February 15, 2017

Time: 12pm-8pm

Place: Randolph High School

How to Schedule an Appointment: In order to accommodate as many parents as possible, we request that you sign
up for an appointment in advance through one of the means listed below. The appointments will last
approximately 10 minutes and must be scheduled in advance in order to adequately prepare for the meeting with
student work, progress reports, and other information regarding your childs academic success.
