Remember that the personal item allowed without charge by VivaColombia is a single piece of
maximum 6 Kg and 40x35x25 cm, except for the Bogota-Quito-Bogota route, which is 9-Kg piece
and with the same measures. Exceeding these measures or weight will have an extra cost.

The counter to get the boarding pass and deliver the luggage is available between 2 hours and 45
minutes before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and between 3 and 1 hours for
international flights. All passengers must show up in the boarding lounge at least 45 minutes before
the scheduled departure time of the flight.

Checked luggage, and in general, any piece exceeding 55x45x25 cm and 12 Kg, must be delivered
at the counter of VivaColombia before entering the boarding lounge and within the time periods
mentioned in the previous point.
