Dear Sirs:

What I am about to write to you is being written after many months of pure frustration at the
criminal activity I see happening, and I want to ask your help. I’ll try to be pithy in this
correspondence.

About me: I am a semi-retired businessman, a single dad, and a full time student at a local
college. I am also a natural born American citizen, and I am an Oath Keeper. Although no
longer current, I have held security clearance in the past while working in the defense
industry and while working at MIT. I am about as American as one can get, and I believe in
the rule of law as established within our country.

I recognize that the FBI is part of the Department of Justice, and that the Department of
Justice is now under the control of AG Eric Holder, a man I consider corrupt and lawless in
his actions.

I also realize that every FBI agent has sworn an oath to defend and protect the Constitution of
the United States. I understand and agree with this commitment by members of the FBI to
our confederated republic of the United States, and I thank every single one of you for your
good and lawful service to the American people.

The stated mission of the FBI is to protect and defend the United States against
terrorist and foreign intelligence threats, to uphold and enforce the criminal laws of the
United States, and to provide leadership and criminal justice services to federal, state,
municipal, and international agencies and partners; and to perform these
responsibilities in a manner that is responsive to the needs of the public and is
faithful to the Constitution of the United States.

It is my observation and understanding from my own research that our federal government
has usurped the sovereignty of the people and of the states in years past, that our federal
government has become increasingly lawless as a vital component of our nation, and that the
current administration is methodically and completely dismantling the laws of our country
and is changing (or has already changed) the United States into a socialist oligarchy. Much of
this damage to our country and to our people has occurred through many years of efforts by
our enemies, but has been accelerated through the efforts of usurper-in-chief Obama and his
gang of outlaws – people who do NOT believe in, and who do NOT defend and protect either
our country or our Judeo/Christian culture.

Because of the blatant secrecy and non-responsiveness to the people by the Administration
and by the Congress, because of the back-room secret deals by the criminals in power, and
because of the threats and intimidation by members of the Executive and Legislative
Branches of government against their ‘hit list’ of opponents, as a member of the public, I will
never know the depths and details of the lawlessness actually going on, but, like SCOTUS has
commented in the past about pornography, these crimes which I can’t easily define, I know
them when I see them, and can I see the effects of these federal crimes clearly.

To me, this criminal activity within the Administration and within the Congress by people
who have also sworn an oath to defend and protect our Constitution and our laws, is
destructive to our country, and must be stopped. The elected and hired criminals involved in
the crimes against our country must be apprehended and prosecuted to the full extent of the
law.

That’s where you come in. The FBI is our primary federal law enforcement agency, and I
want to know that you are doing your job as has been defined for the American people. I can
understand the ‘conflict’ problems of how you, individually and as an agency, should respond
when you see your administrative superiors or your colleagues violate our nation’s laws. But,
having said that, every single one of you have individually sworn your oath to defend and
protect our country’s laws and its people, and I want you all to stand by that oath. Never back
down, and never give up.

I simply want you to do your job, do it lawfully, and do it well.

My reason for writing is to 1) ask what you are doing about the continual and ongoing
corruption within the federal government at this time, and 2) what I, as a private citizen, can
do to help in the effort to defend and protect our country against further damage by the
miscreants and outlaws currently working within our government. Because of my station in
life at present, I may not be able to help very much, but I will help where I am able to help.
That’s my offer to you.

As Americans, many of us realize that something must be done soon to stop the corruption
and destruction of our system of laws or we are ‘done’ as a free republic, and I consider the
FBI as a key component of our country’s law enforcement solution.

I’m certain you are aware the people and the states are finally becoming alert to their own
sovereignty and of the onerous nature of the largely illegal and corrupt actions by the federal
government. If, for some reason, the FBI can’t do its job, then it, along with the rest of the
federal government needs to be nullified and disbanded.

So, which side is the FBI on – the people’s side, or the tyrants side?

The people, and that includes me, want to know. Show your colors.
