    During Cory's administration, the livelihood and agro-Industrial projects and the
    program of support services were intensified to help farmer beneficiaries become
    productive and transform them into entrepreneurs.

    The administration received much support and active involvement in program


    implementation from key stakeholders such as peoples organization, farmers
    association, NGOs and from prominent landowners themselves.

    In Masbate, hog, carabao, and cattle dispersal was made to help the farmers start
    their business. Trainings were also conducted to educate the farmers about the
    project /program and how will it enable them to improve their livelihood and their
    quality of living.
