I want to mention, above anything, that Pascu Edith, n a first place is a good colleague, an
optimistic person, which can n the most delicate mode to make selfesteem for the most delicate
moments,to instill confidece team n which she is working.

I wanted to make this clarification because, personally consider, this is from the most impotant
skill she have: ...understanable,, good listener, bouncing, creativ, constructiv, sociable,
autodidactperseverance, punctuallity, responsible,rational, ,extraordinary life principles, you will
see when you higher her, or at working trial.

If I should mention other skills of Edith, n the first place I can tell, besides of shes speciality,it
belongs to that category of people always ready to learn something new ,and n related fields,
which can help n working every day :to select music, cleaning n general, advice n important
decisions, accountabillity!

Desire for improvment made her win the trust of her colleagues and superiors, who have
entrusted some activities that require a greater responsibility. It is about coordonation of
projects whose short- completion requires a high degree of mobilization of the whole team.
