AGREEMENT BETWEEN PLAINTIFF(S) AND DEFENDANT(S) TO

WITHDRAW SUIT NO CCAO/4/2015 AND CCAO/5/2015 IN


ABIA/OBIOMA CUSTOMARY COURT AS MEDIATED BY UMUONAENE
FAMILY MEETING.
Following a meeting of Umuonaene extended family held on Sunday, the 28th of
August, 2016 under the distinguished Chairmanship of Engineer Justin Nwali, the
parties to Suit CCAO/4/2015 and CCAO/5/2015 have agreed to withdraw the suits
and call on the Court to endorse this intention of the parties on the following
grounds-
(1) Umuonaene family has prevailed on Chief Enenwali family to leave the subject
matter of suit no CCAO/4/2015 and CCAO/5/2015 for Christopher Aniedo Eneh
and they agreed.
(2) Umuonaene family has also prevailed on Christopher Aniedo Eneh and family
including other members of John Okoroafor family, to leave and abandon rights in
respect of another land of same measurement to subject matter, for Chief
Enenwalis family and they agreed.
The said land notably shares borders in the West with Chief Enenwali familys land
that extends down to the Old Enugu-Onitsha Road; in the East with Eze familys
land; in the North with Obioma community and in the South with Patrick Enes
family land.
(3) All respective rights of Umuonaene families to land in Etere Area are preserved
until constituent families reach a unanimous agreement on land holding in Agu
Etere and implement it.
