Meet the Instructors, Why should I become
Ralph Johnson & Ray Wilsdorf AWS/CWI Certified? City/State/Zip

Both Ralph and Ray are American Welding Society
certified welding inspectors, active members of the
Tulsa Section of AWS and have broad experience in
the welding field.
Ralph has a Masters degree in teaching welding from
Oklahoma State University. He has extensive experience
in welding, metallurgy, quality assurance, welding &
pipe mill inspection, tanks, nondestructive testing, ISO
and instruction in these topics. This work has taken
him to fifty states and twenty-five foreign countries.
Presently he owns ASSOCIATES Consulting, Construction
and Inspection Company.
Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree in Welding
Engineering and has worked as a Manufacturing
Engineer and Quality Control Engineer for many
years. His responsibilities included the development
of welding procedures and qualifications to ASME
and AWS Codes, welder training and certification,
and methods analysis of manufacturing operations
while working for a manufacturer of petro-chemical
process and air separation plants. Since retiring from
a local company, Ray has consulted for numerous
companies and been involved with welder education
and development.
